What to expect when you visit everwood trails
The Moment You Arrive
From the moment you arrive at Everwood Trails, the experience begins. Twinkling lights guide your way through the trees as you approach Santa’s Cabin — a cozy, storybook setting tucked into a winter wonderland.
Aim to arrive on site about 20-30 minutes before your scheduled visit with Santa. That will give you lots of time to bundle up & enjoy the walk to the cabin.
As you step inside the cabin, you’re greeted by the glow of soft lights, the warmth of the fire, and the unmistakable feeling that something magical is about to happen.
It’s your time with Santa— and yours alone.
A Truly Personal Experience
Before your visit, you’ll share a few special details about your child — their name, their interests, milestones from the year, and maybe even a Christmas wish or two. You will be sent a Google form about two weeks before your visit .
When you arrive, Santa already knows. Kids are truly amazed and in awe when Santa knows so many details about them.
He’ll greet your child by name, ask thoughtful questions, and speak about their year in a way that feels real, personal, and unforgettable.
It’s these small, meaningful touches that transform a visit into something truly magical.
Unscripted, Unforgettable
Every visit is different — because every family is different.
Santa may:
- Read a Christmas story
- Chat with your children about their year
- Play with toys together
- Share a few laughs and magical moments
- Follow the family's lead - no pressure, but goes with what your children need
Complete the form that will be sent to you prior to your visit, so Santa has the details to make it a personal, natural, and genuine interaction.
Sensory Friendly Santa Experience
Join us on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9:00–11:00 AM for a calm, welcoming visit with Santa designed to meet each family's unique needs.

Our goal is to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience where every child can connect with Santa in a way that feels right for them.
Pet-Friendly Santa Experience
Bring your furry family members to meet Santa during our Pet-Friendly Santa Days on:
- Saturday, November 28, 2026
- Sunday, December 13, 2026
Pet-friendly appointments will be available all day on both dates, giving you plenty of opportunities to capture special holiday memories with your pets.
Don't have a pet? You're still welcome to book on these days! If you're comfortable being around animals, we'd love to have you join us for your Santa visit as well.
To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please keep all pets on a leash at all times and be prepared to clean up after your pet during your visit.
Whether you're bringing a dog, cat, or another well-behaved pet, we look forward to helping you create magical holiday memories for the whole family.

You’re welcome to take as many photos as you’d like during your 15 minute visit with Santa.

Outdoor Magic
Dress warm - our experience is primarily outdoors. You can take off winter gear for a formal photo once you are in the cabin.
Step outside with Santa and enjoy the natural beauty of Everwood Trails — surrounded by trees, usually fresh snow, and a peaceful winter backdrop.
Hot Chocolate and a few local goods will be sold separately outdoors.
